Returns & Refunds Policy
At Uni Supplies Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Drawing board sets and bundles must be returned complete with all included items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act.
How to Request a Return Email us at unisuppliesinc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will provide return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
